ECOGO Mississauga E-Scooter & E-Bike

I bought a 79 falcon pro in box and unfortunately when I got it built the battery was unresponsive. Ecogo was great w their customer service. They took the bike back immediately and offered to build a new one w me or swap for one on the show room floor. I ended up exchanging for one ready to go and now can't wait for the summer. Haven't ridden yet but super excited for the good weather. Thanks ecogo!

Very impressive customer service from Ecogo! We purchased an escooter over the holidays that was defective. It was barely ridden and still brand new, however it had a sticky throttle and some defects in the paint straight out of the box. We were very satisfied with the resolution when we were offered a full replacement without any hassle. We would recommend this store without hesitation as we have consistently had a great experience!
