We received our E-bikes within one week and the product was as good or better than we expected, considering the price. They were easy to assemble and we've been enjoying them. We bought a scooter and had an issue with the throttle right at the end of the warranty period. I emailed support and they were absolutely amazing at taking care of the issue. They sent me prepaid shipping and gave me updates and a full break down of everything they did. They ended up finding another issue with the engine and replaced that as well. Customer service was amazing to deal with and very prompt at answering my emails. The overall customer service experience was excellent.

Customer service initially applied a 15% restocking fee, which was not clearly communicated during the return process. After contacting them, they reviewed the issue and refunded the fee, which I appreciate. The snow shovel has some good points. It is lightweight, the battery performs well, and the self-adjusting paddle is a nice feature. IMGadgets were very quick to get back to my initial inquiry and have been responsive on email through the entire process. They had my machine repaired within a week of me shipping it to them. It's now on its way back to me which I anticipate will happen within a week. Very quick turnaround.

Works as described, really enjoying it. I assembled the bike by myself by following the instructions. I don't feel as tired as before using my old bike. The bike is light comparing to the other e-bikes but it feels solid though. They have good customer service. I highly recommend.
