Time and time again over the years, my experience with Ziggy is that he is always there. He consistently shows up! If I am buying, he comes through with lots of choice. He gives expert advice. As a seasoned cyclist himself, he knows what he's talking about. He also gives lots of space to the shopper. No pressure from him to buy! I've been to ZM a few times over the years to buy lights for my dog. Today Ziggy fixed the tire for my bike trailer. It was done within ten minutes and he was very pleasant to chat with as always.

Super disappointed I have been going here since Ziggy's return to the city. I loved the history of the shop and what he did on the bike. I would bike across town just to buy a tube, because I liked supporting ZM. Hours I've spent in the shop, along with hundreds of dollars. I purchased a high end european wheel set and I was having an Extremely hard time trying to find European wheel spacers apapt too an argyle rock shock - anywhere I found online had them only available too ship in the UK. The guys at ZM cycle made my day and got me exactly what I needed + always a smiling face when you need a little help! Thanks again guys !
