Enough time has past for me to write a review of Zig's. It's up and down, that's for sure. So, I'll admit they don't seem to be a store used to shipping product, big or small. That's on me. Issue was, no one in Canada had the exact build of a bike I wanted in the size and on the newly discounted price (2025 model). Ziggy's did. My heart was set on that model, and I eventually got it, which is cool. The process of emailing the store was a bit of a hassle. I've worked in bike shops and unders...

Ziggy’s Cycle is an exceptional shop that provides professional and reliable service. I have dealt with several employees, particularly Dan and Marta, and have always found them to be highly knowledgeable and courteous. Their customer service is excellent, and they consistently stand behind their products and guarantees while ensuring every customer is fully satisfied. I highly recommend Ziggy’s Cycle.

I just recently started going to Ziggy's Cycle, and I'm really glad I did. I had a Giant Escape go in for a tune-up and also purchased a Giant Defy. Kevin was excellent - extremely knowledgeable and a great guide as I entered the world of road bikes for the first time. A++ customer service. The Escape came out looking brand new (the winter special discount is really worth it), and everyone who works there is super friendly and courteous. I'd give 6 stars if I could! I highly recommend Zi...

Never had an issue with these guys in the past but left today feeling deflated, no pun intended. Have a couple of broken spokes on my rear rim and some worn outer tubes, haven’t rode in around 2 years and went in today to see if I could get my hands on them and get my bike going again. Man at the counter asked if he could help, and I said I think you can. I let him know I needed a rear tire rim, both outer tubes and both inner tubes. I must have been speaking French because he kept question...

So far so good - we got our bikes pretty quickly in spring, started exploring the trails, now brought the bikes in for service that they recommended doing after the first couple of weeks. Everyone in the shop is very customer centered and eager to help. We also found all the accessories we wanted. I like that the shop can be easily reached by a nice trail, so going there from Waterloo is an enjoyable trip on itself.
