I asked the team at Black Arrow to set me up with studded tires for the winter. They gave me a detailed breakdown of what the parts and labour would cost, including some other small fixups I needed. They had what I needed in stock, and got started right away. When I picked up my bike it was exactly what I needed and priced as quoted. It was quality work. I'm happy to have found such an good bike shop.

Amazing bike shop with friendly and knowledgeable employees. I communicated with Jesse via email, and he was a great help in finding the right axle for my bike and getting it in quickly. Once the axle and bike lock arrived, I took my bike in, and they installed both. They even fixed the issue with my chain falling off.
