We had a great time at Bicycles of Tulsa on Saturday. Great customer service, great selection of bikes. Employee named Alex was very helpful and knew a lot about what we needed. We will definitely be back.

They do have a pretty good selection of bikes and products but the customer service was absolutely terrible. I came face to face with 4 different employees and not one spoke to me or asked if I needed any help and I did. Will not return.

Customer service is not great. I took a bike I’m giving away to someone and it has a bent wheel. I asked them to repair or replace, they told me they would get it repaired and do a “tune up” which I didnt want but it’s still bent. The guy gave me attitude when I asked nicely why it’s still bent and they said they got it as close as they could get it to “true”. Todd went above and beyond to figure out a growling noise. They always have a good selection of gear and bikes.

Called to setup an appt for a bike fit for a road bike I bought used (first bike). They set me up on a trainer, made adjustments and explained a ton of different things to me. After all that, they wouldn’t charge me because they “barely made any adjustments” even though it felt like a brand new bike to me. 10/10 experience. Incredible customer service, super nice group of people. They truly love the sport and are just looking to help out, can’t wait to go back!
