We had an awesome experience renting e-bikes from Tom’s Bicycles in Tulsa! Needed an emergency brake change done at 5:00pm on a Friday the day before a race. Not only did they have my older equipment parts in stock, they were able to fit me in immediately and have the repair done in twenty minutes. Excellent service!!

Update: 6/13 Tom's sent a 15% off coupon along with the 30 day complimentary check up. The Gazelle has a Schrader valve and we used the 15% off coupon to buy the pump with both chucks. As an observer, I have to say it absolutely fits my wife. She loves the bicycle and comfort of it along with the integrated lock and lighting. It was a steal for the price. Of all the local bikes shops I have visited, this is my favorite, always taken care of and never disappointed, not much more you can ask for. They care, and it shows, service, sales, etc. I call Tom's my home for all my bike needs. Thank you for everything you guys have done for me over the years.
