I rented an e-bike with a trailer to give my little girl a joy ride. Staff were awesome accomodating all of our needs. The trails are beautiful too!!! Highly recommend 👌

I'd like to thank and give a huge shout out to ALEX. My chain twisted and bound this evening on a ride. I was close to Phat Tire and Alex got my chain replaced, straightened my front sprocket, and readjusted my cable tension. He got me back on the road in 15 minutes. THANKS ALEX! I'll definitely be returning.

Went in mid-ride because of an issue and the technician quickly fixed things so I could get back on the trail. Best $25 I've spent on my bike in a while. The tech was friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

Excellent team to work with. David assisted with my order and Jason helped with picking it up. I left at 7:00 and the staff was still in the parking lot as a little girl was test riding a bike, even though they were technically closed. How is that for customer service and how is that for fostering relationships with younger riders? Very cool to see people truly giving of their time to others.
