Phat Tire Bike Shop

This wasn't the first time I've been to Phat Tire but it was the first time having my bike worked on there, and let me tell you, they are awesome! I'm new to mountain biking and these guys not only fixed my broken spoke, they helped me understand some suspension settings and get it adjusted while they had it. Super nice, helpful and it only took a day. I highly recommend to anyone looking for equipment or service. You won't be disappointed.

I had been wanting an e-bike for ages. The wonderful guys at Phat Tire BA explained the different motors, drives & features, quizzing me on what my plans were for now and in the future, to make sure I got a bike that would suit me today and next year. They also ordered in and installed all the extra little stuff I wanted - rear rack, fenders, bike computer- and made sure everything was fully functional. I can’t recommend them highly enough, honestly.

Daniel the salesman was very knowledgeable and patient with the process. He took his time and answered all my questions. I felt relaxed and comfortable. The bike techs also got involved and made me feel good about the servicing of the bike.

These folks really took care of us and were super generous with their time, tools and expertise. Would highly recommend.
