Came here to shop local and buy a bike. Went through the process of filling out the credit app and waiting for a call back. We had 50% down with a credit score just below 700. The manager, Scott Hinkle, called my wife and was extremely rude, claiming the address on her ID did not match the credit app. We asked if there was anything we could do. Spent the morning at various bike shops and this one was the winner . They really won me over with their no pressure salesmanship and was helpful in finding me something for my 1st bike. Didn’t try to bust my wallet. Enjoyed my time there and was happy to do business with them. Charlie “ Pop” was excellent along with the rest of the staff I interacted with. Go check them out!

I bought a boat from Action Powersports and my interaction with Justin, Kyle and Logan couldn't have been better. They were friendly, knowledgable, low pressure, responsive and accommodative. There were a couple things that needed to be taken care of and they did right by me in every way. Good guys and it is reflected in the way they worked with me.

The worst buying experience ever. They don't seem to have their crap together. Had high hopes based on the warm reception. Please know I have credit over 815. 1) Took a 4 hour round trip to get a Bait and switch at signing for a cheaper unit with a lot higher engine hour and charged me the higher price. At 43 years of age, I have bought many things. This was one of the single handed best sales experience I’ve had. Tubby runs a professional team that had my best interest at heart the whole time. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else!!
