After riding and racing for around 25 years, I've experienced just about everything from a variety of shops. I absolutely love the staff. They take the time to truly listen, clearly explain options, and offer expert advice tailored to me, my bike, and the type of riding I do. Their professionalism and deep knowledge really reflect the high quality and care this brand stands for—I always leave confident and well looked after.

Staff is great and always helpful. Special shout out to Steve, he really worked with me; gave me a great deal, and made all the adjustments I needed before I left. Hanna the manager is a sweetheart and was very patient as my little girl wanted to test drive what seemed like every bike in the store. Family atmosphere, knowledge staff and good prices. Drove all the way from Cleveland to grab my new bike, price was unbeatable.

Visited this location to repair my kids’s bike and had a great experience! The shop is super clean and organized, and has a huge selection of bikes. They have comfortable seating, and even have snacks and a fridge with beverages. I had my very active five year-old boy with me and the two guys up front were really friendly and patient with my son. Stopped into Trek Gahanna today as I was passing by to see what they had in stock. Trek bikes are awesome and I’m looking for a female Medium Marlin but unfortunately those are in very high demand. As for the store I was helped by a super nice guy who showed me some other options but I’m set on a new marlin.
