I called yesterday, a day the shop was actually closed, needing brake pads for my son's Talaria. I need them quick because we are heading out of town to ride in two days. I spoke with Nate, who was amazingly helpful. He arranged for next day delivery (which wasn't even that expensive) and sure enough I am holding the brake pads in my hand less than 24 hours later. What an amazing company… 5 stars is hard to get nowadays but Nate went above and beyond to find me a Bonnel mx 775 and have it delivered within my tight timelines. Even after the sale he has help me with minor damage that happened durning shipping . You will find true customer service before and after the sale here. Great work guys … I will be buying more bikes from you in the near future .

Great all around experience. From the initial call to discuss which emoto was the right bike for our needs to the ordering and pick up process everyone went above and beyond. I had an issue with one of the bikes during the build, it was my mistake and they went our of their way to help find a solution. I love when a business is run this well. We will be back in the future.
