Seriously kind-headed well informed people! They are knowledgeable about their products, and they are incredibly receptive to your needs. Plus, their deal with Aventon makes them a one stop shop for all your needs. Buying a bike or e-bike (I got an e-bike) can be a really overwhelming task because of all the products and manufacturers. However, at Bicycle One they made the experience worth while. If you’re looking for a bike or e-bike please take them into consideration!
