TOM is definitely the man and my new forever bike consultant in Manch. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy - nice guy. Took like, 30 min to fix my chain and he gave me a ring, was very flexible with when I picked it up - it was a crazy day so Bike Barn overdelivered. They have a ton of beautiful bikes and equipment in stock and also offer services. Puppy friendly :).

My guy Tom at the bike barn has been nothing but awesome to me. Hooked me up with a sweet Diamondback Bike for 150 and even was nice enough to take 💯 down & the other 50 when it was more affordable to me as a little birthday gift. He also has worked on my wheels numerous times & did a MASTERFUL job with each fix. Highly recommend The Bike Barn to anyone who reads this.

I was introduced to this bike repair shop by a friend, and I’m so glad I went. It seems to be a family-run business, and although I didn’t catch their names, the two younger guys and the older gentleman were all incredibly kind, honest, and professional. I was truly touched by their sincerity and expert...

Nobody talked about the bike, needs, riding etc and nobody asked for my height which from what I've gathered is a starting point for sizing a frame to the rider. None of the bikes had pedals on them for some reason so while I was offered to ride one in the shop ( don't know how that would have gone, it's a small shop) I did not have th...

After bringing my bike home after they did a tune up, I realized the front gear would not shift/was extremely hard to press. I brought it back in to have them look at it. The man rode it around the shop and shifted it piece of cake and said there was nothing wrong with it. Mind you, this was a man who had longer/stronger hands than me. He made me feel like an idiot in front of the whole shop for thinking there was something wrong with my bike. Brought it to another shop and had a couple other...
