Bought my Ripley here and had it serviced post season 1. Very knowledgeable and customer focused. Competitive pricing and will go out of their way to source bikes that aren’t in the store if you find it elsewhere. Would trust these guys with any of my bikes.

Knows absolutely nothing about bikes will hire anyone off the street with no knowledge of anything and throw them in the shop to repair bikes mine was repaired so shittily by them my handlebars fell forward on a bmx bike just by popping the front tire off the ground a centimeter at full tightness on all the gooseneck bolts it's there grease I watched them do it in the store too multiple bikes and claim you have to torque the bolts to a specific spec on the damn brake calipers in the back? Went in to see a couple of Trek models I’m interested in buying. Ryan assisted me and was very knowledgeable of the brand, models, and function of them. Informative, no pressure, and very helpful staff here. Overall great experience and I will be back to buy our next two planned family bikes from them. I left there wanting to go back and find that I would trust them to sell me a bike as well as maintain my fleet of bikes. I highly recommend this shop and team!

Great shop! They had just received the specific bike a Yeti SB130 T2 I was looking for a while. I called in the morning just put a small deposit and they had it built for me to use over the weekend that day. Helped me with with some carbon wheel upgrades with 0 attitude like most shops out there. Highly recommend and definitely going back! Thank you Justin, Casey and Bob!
