Jake's is is where I trust my high end downhill bike. They are knowledgeable and personable. We have bought two bikes from them and I cannot say enough about the service they provide! Update: just picked up a new bike and my other downhill bike from them. Amazing service and got exactly what I needed and wanted. They always meet the deadlines. We needed this downhill bike and they got it done on time!

This business has a few hundred dollars of my money and has not produced a bike. His store is closed at 11am with the same sign of "gone to lunch ". This sign has been up for atleast 24 hours. He doesnt answer his business number. He left his personal contact number. Which I have called and left messages on several times. Amazing bike shop, best in New England in my opinion. Every other bike shop has been rude and didn’t know what they where doing. At Jake’s they know exactly how to do it all and are very nice and down to earth people. They have lots of top of the line parts. I recently had my bike repaired and bought a new shadow half link chain, was repaired perfect with no problems and was short a dollar on the chain and he told me not to worry about it. I absolutely love this place customer service is amazing. I got an electric scooter there absolutely love it. I accidentally ran over something sharp and had to change out my tire. Then I found out I do have the option to go with a more solid tire, So I’m doing an upgrade to my scooter so that I won’t get a flat again. Can’t wait to try my new wheels out in a couple days.
