Trek Bicycle Omaha West

I had an excellent experience at Trek Bicycle - Omaha! The team was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and took great care working on my bike. They explained everything clearly, completed the service quickly, and my bike rides better than ever. It’s clear they truly care about their customers and the quality of their work. Highly recommend to anyone needing bike service or repairs!

The Shimano system on my e-bike wasn’t picking up the speed sensor. Even though I didn’t purchase the bike here they said to bring it in. Everyone I dealt with on the staff was super friendly and explained the troubleshooting process to me after I let them know this was my first e-bike. Great service department.

I can't talk about how they are with the bikes, but the staff are incredibly nice. I had a minor issue in the parking lot next door. With little little options, I went to the guys at Trek. They were very helpful, understanding and saved my day!

Update a year later: I continue to be impressed with this shop. The service guys are always helpful and they take the time to explain everything. Brandon helped me this time and I was impressed with his knowledge, courtesy, and just overall good vibe. There are a lot of great bike shops in Omaha, and I highly recommend this one too!!
