The Bike Masters staff is the best I’ve ever come across in over 30 years of dealing with bike shops. They’re professional, knowledgeable, and will bend over backwards to make you happy. Took a bike here because of the good reputation Bike Masters has among bike enthusiasts and I am really impressed. They fixed our Marin bike pedal issue quickly and at a very fair price. Took another bike in later and they fixed shifting issues on the spot in 15 minutes. And they even showed me how to make the shifting adjustments myself if it happened again. Great shop!

Had a great experience at Bike Masters! Nathan was very knowledgeable, helpful and nice to chat with, answering my questions while he worked! Great kid! I’ve had the crew there service my bikes a few time now and they’ve always been excellent to work with. Definitely recommend them!!!

They had the kickstand that I needed for my grandson’s 18” bike, and stopped what they were doing to shorten it and install it. Excellent customer service! I will definitely be back, and recommend them to family and friends!
