I arrived and the sign states on the door drop off is by appointment only. They allowed me to come in and serviced my scooter right away because is just need some hardware. Did I mention they came out to my vehicle and assisted me with getting into the store? Thank you Queen City Scooters for your flexibility and phenomenal customer service!

Brought my new scooter here to tighten up some screws and install my seat. Nick (Owner) was by himself so he initially couldn't address my concerns but ended up fixing basically everything anyway. All the while numerous customers entered the store and he addressed them too. Very nice gentleman and helpful. If you need anything done to your scooter, check this place out. You won't be disappointed.

I have a Bird One Scooter and the original battery died after having my scooter for 4 years. Called this particular shop and asked if they would be willing to do a diagnostic to confirm it was the battery and to order a new one. I dropped my scooter off on March 5th. I had to call them a few days later to check the status of the diagnostic and it was confirmed the battery was in fact no longer good. After this conversation, 2 weeks go by and no follow up. Shop is busy, but Nick stay on top of it. He’s very responsive to text/call, and I recommend being very specific and consistent in communication as they have many bikes sitting in the shop. Friendly staff in general. Thank you!

Brought my brand new, one day old scooter in, as the horn was not connected right out of the box. Walked in and both the owner and employee greeted me instantly. End of the day, and no qualms and no complaints with helping me or saying it was the end of the day! Super cool people and look forward to coming back for my service needs!!! Would highly recommend!
