Amazing store! Great salespeople and mechanics. Bought my first fat bike, a Farley 9.6, and ordering it only took a few days. They assembled it and put a few new accessories on it for me. Love the prepaid maintenance! And you can try out your new ride in a safe parking lot and nearby Greenway trail.

The tech was awesome! Forgot his name but he had a killer beard. Looked my bike over and gave me great advice and charged very little to repair my tire and get me rolling! Will be a customer for life.

I highly recommend the bike mechanics at Trek! I've had a number of issues with two of my bikes and Trek has resolved each issue at very reasonable prices. Their tire protection plan is amazing. I just had the mid-level maintenance completed on my road bike and it's as though I have a brand new bike. I've had maintenance done at other shops and questioned if anything was actually done. Great customer service. My pops an 82 year old veteran took in his old bike and they were great with him. They gave him a timeline that he could wait for and called instead of text when it was ready.

Very friendly and courteous staff. The bikes are high quality and I love the maintenance plans the company offers to upkeep the bikes. The maintenance plans include cleaning, lubing, brake adjustment, and alignment. Just purchased a bike for 7 year old daughter and she is very happy.
