I came into the shop today with a slow leak from my front tire on my subrosa bmx bike. I was helped right away with the replacement of my tire. I just wish that the technician would have listened to me and actually filled my tire to the right psi I had to spend extra time fixing what should have been done right the first time. Brought in my bike for a tuneup and agreed to the 200 dollar fee. On top of the servicer removing the oem cassette guard they had the audacity to sneak in a 20 dollar tip to the price without making me aware. Too many other bike shops in the area that wont rip you off and deceive you to ever go back here!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Excellent standard of work. I've visited this location primarily for repair services, and while I think they tend a little bit on the expensive side, you're getting good quality, honest work for your money. That's hard to beat. I recommend having a clue what kind of work you're asking for before you visit, not every job will be a walk-in, walk-out repair. I rented a bike for a bike tour downtown and Bicycle Sport dropped off my bike and picked it up. They made everything super easy and I got a great bike! They provided a helmet to use and a complementary water bottle.
