Great local shop with a welcoming staff. They never upsell you or make you feel ike you're being sold to. And they've got a dog in the shop - what more can you want from your local bike shop. I've had them service two bikes here - both bought used so they gave them a good going over to make sure everything was in order and working properly and safely. Can't recommend these guys enough, even if you don't ride on Giant/Liv bikes.

I walked over with my child and his new bike, and Dave was incredible! He inflated the tires, checked the brakes, and made sure everything was safe. He even went the extra mile to help me figure out the best way to teach my child to ride and took the pedals off so my child can practice balancing first. Such a kind, patient, and knowledgeable experience! I will certainly go back when it's time to put those pedals back on hahaha
