This store is the best. I bought a bike here and they watched my dog for me while I trial rode a few bikes around the neighborhood. I have come in a few times since then: once to get my seat adjusted (when out for a ride and did not have the tool with me) and they just helped me understand how to set up a smart trainer with my bike. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. Great place to buy a bike or anything you need!! True experts.

Griffin Cycle Inc, has been phenomenal. I purchased my bicycle two years ago, and every time spring begins, I take it there for maintenance. In a few weeks, I will be going back again, confident that I will receive highly professional service.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice to be able to talk to actual staff who will be working or worked on your bicycle. I'd say if given a choice between other bike stores/shops in the area and Griffin, I'd chose Griffin. I also prefer that it is licated in the neighborhood and not in the middle of busy Bethesda like Pike and Rose, etc.
