Best bike and ski shop in the DMV. In a perfect location right off the Capital Crescent Trail in Bethesda. Expert and friendly staff. My girlfriend and I stopped by after a long ride only to find out her tire pressure was low. The team at Bethesda Bike quickly and professionally got her set up, and we were back on the trail in no time. Since then, I’ve taken my bike in for tune-ups and upgrades, and they continue to deliver excellent service every time. Bruce, Jeff and the crew will get you s...
Have had great experiences with everyone at Bethesda Bike and Ski - they were quick and speedy fixing my rear Di2 derailleur and just went in to get my rear wheel/cassette fixed, I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. It's great to have such a great bike shop in the area.
Bethesda Bikes and Skis made my entire day! My best friend and I went down to Bethesda to bike the Capital Crescent Trail! On our way, Bruce stopped us and helped to adjust our bike seats and make sure our helmets were on properly! He made my entire day- such friendly staff, amazing recommendations, and such genuine service! Will definitely bring my bike back for service. But ultimately wanted to give my sincere thanks for helping my friend and I out!
I stopped in after I broke a flat spoke midride on a downhill speed bump riding my old tri bike. I stopped in out of necessity after walking a few miles in clipped tribike shoes with old keos. They didn't have the flat spoke for my old wierd 650x25c but they got me riding back to rolling to make the trip back home. Great service and affordable work. They set me right to get the thing back home and still riding well today.
This is a great local bike shop. Everyone’s very friendly and they’re very fast and flexible in terms of advice and working on bikes. I do 99% of my own maintenance, repairs, and upgrades and this is probably the first time I’ve asked a shop to help in at least five years. They were very open to helping and gave me good advice on some things and fast repairs on others. Lucas especially but the whole team are very generous with their time to help find parts and deal with people like me who are...
