Absolutely outstanding bicycle shop! The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about cycling. They took the time to understand exactly what I needed and gave honest advice without any pressure. The service was quick, professional, and the quality of work was top-notch. My bike rides better than ever, and the prices were fair for the level of care and expertise. Called the technicians desk with a somewhat obscure part request. They believed they had the correct parts however I would need to bring related items simply to match the correct fitting. As it turned out the parts were “close” but not quite perfect. So back into the shop’s stockroom they went for a period of time emerging a bit later with the proper parts that fit perfect. Had a great experience at this bicycle shop! The staff were knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. They took the time to explain my options and made sure my bike was perfectly adjusted before I left. Fair prices and excellent service — I’ll definitely be back.

My husband has bought products from Woodcock Cycle in the past and has had positive experiences. He recently bought a bike from outside the province because it was unavailable in Manitoba. He took the bike to Woodcock to be set up and Gerard was fantastic in ensuring there were no issues.
