My partner and I stopped by this afternoon to do some browsing in the store. We both needed new helmets, and I needed a few things to make a recently purchased relatively inexpensive hybrid a more serious daily rider. All of the staff were as welcoming and patient as you could hope for on a first visit. They took time to answer all of our questions and didn’t treat us like we were a nuisance wasting their time. Terrible and flaky customer service. Brian (owner) was building a bike for me, and then was impossible to contact for payment. No word or explanation—completely unreliable and rude, terrible way to treat customers.
