I ordered some parts and pieces online in an attempt to keep my old hybrid road bike alive. They had parts that I literally couldn't find at any of bike shops around where I live! Shipping was FAST, in my hands in less than a week. I will happily continue to order parts and will visit next time I find myself in Winnipeg 😁

Online purchaser here. My order was promptly shipped and exactly what I wanted from a Canadian shop. Where most vendors were out of stock in what I needed, Natural Cycle works had it in stock in the size I needed ( Surly SS chainring). I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop or make more purchases in the future.

I had a flat tire on my way to work and they were so amazing. It got fixed in less than 10mins and the staff was so welcoming and helpful. I had to walk 30mins from where I had the flat to them and boyyyy it was worth it! 👍🏾 I recommend them to everyone who has a bike. If you do not own a bike yet still visit and experience exceptional customer service.

Always a personable experience. I’ve bought winter cycling accessories from them and had minor repairs done on the spot with ease. Highly recommended for winter commuting and building custom bikes! They also open on Sundays!
