I had an outstanding experience at Bicycle Belle. After purchasing a bike through Facebook Marketplace, I wanted to make sure it was road-ready and safe, so I brought it in for a full tune-up. I stopped by after a long ride because my tires were flat and I was worried they need to be replaced. The person there was very knowledgeable and said there is still life in the tires and to get as much time on them before replacing, and filled the air for free. It's a very kind, personable service and I appreciate they were truthful about not needing to replace the tires yet.

Carice and her team went above and beyond finding the best solution for repairing my older electric Gazelle - some parts were hard to find but they kept trying to find a good solution for my bike and specific needs. They were also very transparent and timely in their communication.
