The team here is fantastic—friendly, approachable, and always ready to help. I recently returned an item after the first week of use, and they handled it effortlessly, no fees or fuss at all. Over time, I’ve picked up quite a few cycling essentials here: bike lights, saddle bags, socks, shorts, jerseys, caps, and more. Everything has been high quality, and the staff always make sure you leave satisfied. Their combination of excellent products and genuinely accommodating service makes shopping...
The store isn't nearly as large as the one in Belmont and I was fortunate when I stopped in that there were few customers. All the personnel was extremely kind and went out of their way to help me determine what kind of bike would best suit my needs. They let me ride around the block with a half a dozen different models until I picked two that seem like they would be the best fit. I still have to make a final decision which is a bit of a challenge for me. Put all the people that I interacted ...
I’ve had consistently bad experiences with Ace Wheelworks over multiple years, and I’m done giving this shop chances. A few years ago, I was shopping for a gravel bike. I ride my bike a lot and everyonw and then I have to make a pit stop, they always hook it up free of charge depending on if it's something simple and I almost feel guilty but the store has everything you can imagine or, they tell you to order it and they can install pretty much anything. Everyone is kind but busy. Great spot to checkout and become a part of the cycling community.
Do not have your bike serviced here. I asked them to service my wheels on a bike I bought from them. I asked for new rim tape, and new tubes on both wheels. They charged me for it, and it was never done. I only found out because I got a flat and was going to change the tire and noticed that my patches from before the service were still on the wheels and tubes (which they reused). I'm very disappointed because I spent a lot of money on a service that was not performed. Pictures attached of ...
