I loved my experience at Casa I was treated so well with my test of the bike to being re directed to go for another ride to make sure the bike was to my liking . Charles and the team were amazing and comforting throughout the entire purchasing process. I was awarded the Mass e-bike voucher and they were the only ones in the state that could accommodate my request of a specific brand and model. Super happy with my bike and the accessories. Had a great experience at Casa Bikes. Friendly and honest staff who assessed the major items as soon as i brought it in, and had things ready when they said it would be. My only feedback is that I wish they had more drop off times during the day, as there was only 1 appointment slot per day. Otherwise, great and convenient location for me and my bike runs great.
