Broadway Bicycle School

I had a fantastic experience at Broadway Bicycle School! They fixed my flat tire in just 10 minutes and were extremely friendly throughout the process. The staff took the time to explain everything I needed to know about maintaining proper tire pressure during summer and winter to avoid damaging my tires. Their helpfulness and expertise were much appreciated. I will definitely be coming back for any future bike needs!

A really wonderful place! Friendly staff, quality work, quick turnaround, cool building, and a worker coop! I dropped off my bike with a whole host of problems and they got it back to me within hours riding like new! What's not to love, will definitely be returning.

Amazing staff, welcoming vibe. As an immigrant, sometimes I'm scared to go to shops because I don't know how to communicate my needs. But they were super helpful and nice when I needed to change the work order due to my budget. The way they communicate makes the whole process stress free. They took the time to answer my questions, fit me in as a walk-in, and fixed my flats on the spot. Reasonable prices and clear on my options. I left with my hope restored for kindness in Boston!

I brought my hard-ridden 4 year old Brompton in for a couple of items. It was its first time in the shop.
