Walked in, dude behind the counter looked up and stared, then looked away back to his computer. Didn't say a word. Spent 10 minutes in store, nobody said a word to us, no help, guidance, nada. then the guy from the front reception area walked right past us in the back storage and repair shop area and still didn't say anything. Nobody came to help, so we left and bought 2 bikes at another shop that day

I was shopping for a new mountain bike for my grandson. He has been through a few bikes and I wanted to get him something that would hold up. Todd at St Matthews was very helpful finding and fitting the right bike. My grandson loves it and we are very happy with the experience. There are a lot of places to buy a bike but service sets St Matthew Cycling apart.

My significant other and I recently ordered electric bikes that required assembly and tuning up. We wanted to get a professional at a shop to put them together instead of trying to figure it out on our own, and St. Matthew's Cycling was a great fit. Not only were their prices more affordable, but their service was unmatched to any of the other shops we checked out. Some cycling shops in town do not even offer assembly of e-bikes, so we were pleased to find out that St. Matthews Cycling could....

Picked up a Felt AR advance ultagra. Service was excellent, price was $800 cheaper than other stores. And build was spot on. Todd and crew were almost as excited as i was. Going back repeatedly!!! All bike related stuff will be taken care of at this store from now on. I highly recommend St. Matthews Cycle.

Good bike and parts bin selection. Great staff that is knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy. Not the closest, but is our LBS of choice.
