Nira and her staff were immensely helpful in getting us back into bicycles. We hadn't ridden in decades and her staff did a fantastic job assessing our interests and getting us on bikes that fit us! Their service is comprehensive!

The store owner Nira is great, very friendly and knowledgable. We were helped by Tim who spent a ton of time with us and shared a wealth of information, which was very helpful to me as someone who hasn't had a bike since I was a kid. Very pleased with my purchase and the service here.

I’ve been to every bike shop in Louisville when I first moved here and can confidently say this is the best shop in town. The amount of knowledge that this place has from cam/Richard/Nira is awesome. This is a great place to scoop a bike! Getting started riding can be confusing but this place is a good starting point

I just bought a new mountain bike in here. The had a great price for a new giant 29 in. Not only that there were of great help, very polite and took the time to explain the mechanics of the bike and let me ride it to make sure I made a good decision. I highly recommend this place 👌

Cam is very knowledgeable and personable. Pricing and selection are good, if they don't have it, they will order and arrive within the week! (As long as their supplier has it) Over the past year I have purchased one ebike and have order the second one! Good selection on accessories!
