My dude was helpful,friendly. 1st time buying an ebike. I hope with what I'm paying for the customer service part goes as swell. (Hope nothing goes wrong) But if it does, we'll atm I feel it will be handled. Down side, the bike I bought. Nooooo shocks. (Not on them) But as he said, you can install one for your booty.
