My wife was president of HASC for 12 years - during that time we always used QEM to rebuild our pumps between seasons. Never an issue - and always ran great. This year the current president had an issue during the start of the season with the pump - I spoke with both the new owners of QEM about it. They were prompt in their repair and our concerns. Kind and talented people throughout the organization.

I work for a local swim & tennis club & we recently had a couple pool pumps fail on us which really put us in a bad spot because we already had a fully booked pool schedule which included swim classes & swim meets all for this week alone. Had a small problem with my pool pump motor. These guys identified the problem in minutes, fixed it in a few hours and charged a very fair price. Highly recommend!

This place is awesome. Frustrated when opening our pool. Motor only 4 years old. Last one prior lasted 10 or more years. Took it apart and broke a piece. Called Quality and he had the piece, met me in the parking lot with the part! Gave me advice to get it started and it is working great! Thank you so much for the help and the pleasant service!
