Brought an almost new child’s bike in for evaluation around 5 pm 9/4/25. Tall man with dark hair was abrupt, and rude saying chain guard was the issue. When I tried to explain it was not the only issue he got even more agitated. Finally got him to take it back to the repair person (who was very nice) who explained what else was wrong and advised me. Wonderful first experience! Jendy helped me select a great first mountain bike and the gear I needed. They had a much better selection than the two other shops I looked at recently. He was very knowledgeable and didn't mind answering my beginner questions! No pressure to buy anything extra and helped me pick out the gear that fit me perfectly instead of trying to steer me towards the pricier items. I have a feeling this is only the first of many trips to Midtown Cycling!

Best bike shop I have been to in Kentucky! I currently live over an hour away from Middletown Cycling, and although there are closer shops to me, I always make the drive to Middletown due to their great customer service and large selection of merchandise. I have bought two bikes and countless accessories from Ross and his staff, and they always do a fantastic job of making sure that I am well taken care of. 10/10 would recommend going to Middletown Cycling for all of your cycling needs!

Just purchased my 6th bike from Middletown cycle. Great staff, great buying experience, positive atmosphere, motivated about meeting your bike goals. My Jeep may be 175hp back when it was new... But my new giant trance is >1000 bald eagle power.
