Pedego Electric Bikes Carmel

I bought my bike there a little over 2 years ago. I’ve had wonderful success with the bike and I can’t thank the staff more. From day 1 their professionalism and knowledge about their profession was top notch. Every time I needed service with anything including flat tires they went out of their way to get the bike back on the trail. Josh and the staff there are awesome. Great experience! I stopped in while vacationing, with a shifting problem and Josh,John and the crew were able to get my problem solved, and they also showed my wife some other bike options she had been thinking about. When one was damaged in shipping, but still rideable, he ordered a new replacement bike rather than accept the small compensation offered by the manufacturer.
