Rented a bike for a few hours on the Monon Trail while in town for a conference. The rental agent was super friendly and helpful, and gave great tips for an enjoyable ride. Highly recommend the bike rental experience from this shop.

Dropped of my bike back in may because I had broken it on a trail that day and I knew how long the wait times where. I fell off my bike, messed up my knee and screwed up the handle bar alignment. So thankful this was walking distance. They helped me out and quickly fixed my bike. Super nice people, really great shop, I’ll be back- with a helmet this time lol

I can’t say enough about these guys. They always take care of me with whatever issue I come in with. Sent my girlfriend in today with a flat tire I was sure I had bent the valve on. They weren’t even open but there was a guy there waiting for a package. He aired up the tire and sent her on her way. THAT is going above and beyond for your customers!
