We were thinking about buying eBikes but wanted to know more and headed to Future Velo. This is the best bike store I’ve ever experienced! David, the owner, and Julian are extraordinarily knowledgeable and helpful. David spent a tremendous amount of time educating us about different models, rode with us on a long test drive, and made sure that we were completely satisfied with our choice of bikes. If there was an opportunity to give 10 stars (rather than 5), I’d do it!

I was in town for a few days for a family reunion. David rented me a couple of his nice e-bikes to ride the Monon and Nickel Plate. He was very helpful and accommodating! His shop is an asset to the area. I highly recommend him and his shop!
