This is a great local shop located in the heart of coconut grove. I mean Specialized is top notch. Abundant selection of amazing bicycles and accessories. I needed a new bike. (Wrecked my old one, story for another time) Couldn't make up my mind; road or gravel bike. Alex was really kind and helpful. Was quick to great me as I was browsing, thinking they were too busy to help me. I felt validated as a customer. He set me up for a test ride adjusted the seat for me, told me I could take a tes...

Unhelpful staff, they are definitely not customer obsessed. Don't waste your time here. Specialized should be embarassed having these guys represent their brand.

Managers Alex, Mike, & mechanic Marcelo are great! There was also another manager from a different location assisting at this store today when I picked up my new bike & he was also super helpful! Everyone here is so genuinely nice & attentive. I’m really glad I found this place & became a part of the Specialized bike family w/ my 1st (but God willing not my last) bike purchase. 🙏🏼♥️ Keep up the good work! Two thumbs way up!
