Had a day off on a work trip. Robbie was great. Got my rental sorted within a few minutes and gave some route wisdom. Didn’t feel like an elite bike shop and felt welcomed. Would definitely rent here again. thank you for hosting me Brickell/Miami!

Made a special trip from Orlando down to Miami. My son got an unbelievable deal on his new GIANT bike. Forgot to mention the friendly and professional service we got from the guys in the shop. (Longest test ride ever) sorry about that. He loves his bike and thank you.

I ordered a bicycle directly from Specialized shipped to Brickell Bikes for assembly. Robbie was great with communication and the bike was perfectly built. When I picked up the bike, Robbie and his colleague were friendly and personable and Robbie. They were both very helpful with accessories and fitment. Finally, Robbie was genuinely thankful that I selected his store to have the bike built. Highly recommend this store.

These people are great, I traveled with my bike all the way from Colombia but left the bike’s charger homeand they borrowed me one at no cost, saved my ride. That pays it all. Great products, great service, great people! Recommend this place 10/10
