Hands down my go-to bike shop. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. They take the time to explain everything and make sure your bike is riding perfectly. Fair prices, fast service, and great vibes every time. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a shop they can trust.

Came in for a bicycle for my eight year old grandson. After visiting several stores, Cycle World had Just what I was looking for. A good quality bike, Giant, at a great price. The help from Jose “Gas-Gas” Munoz was outstanding! He showed me all the options, even went to the back room to retrieve a bicycle from its box and spent a good amount of time working with me on my search. Excellent service and inventory. I definitely recommend this bicycle shop.

This bike shop is the GEM of Miami! Everyone is very attentive and kind. I am so happy with the service and prices of the repair shop. Julio is very fast ( diagnosed and fixed my bike’s gear issues, in 5 minutes, and the charge was only $20) , talented, and genuine. I know I can count on this shop, and am glad to have found this gem!

My buddy and I went in today for 2 mountain bikes marlin 6 gen 3 and they didn’t have them in stock so we ordered them anyways and manager went ahead and hooked us up with loaner bikes till ours come in! Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience at this store. I live in another country and was working in Downtown Miami. I contacted them via email looking for cycling shoes in large sizes, and a salesperson told me they had some options in the size I needed.
