I drove from Georgia to here, just to try out electric scooters, as there aren't many places to try them. I tried out two I was interested in, without calling ahead, but I reccomend calling ahead, just to check the models available. Staff was friendly and helpful, and didn't try to upsale me, I did it to myself. I would come again, if I lived in the area. I'm pretty happy with my purchase.

I took my scooter in twice to be repaired. The first time I took it home and nothing was done to fix the problem. I just collected it a second time and they charged me for the same repair and claimed I must have broken the scooter taking it home in the car. I had to pay twice in the end to get me scooter back

Purchased an Inokim OXO from these people, an almost 3000$/40MPH scooter and received it without any brake fluid in the hydraulic brakes (no brake function at all) Did some research and seems they have received complaints about this before, how is it still happening?
