Cycling 101

I'm writing this review to thanks cycling 101( Roberts ) for the guidance and explaining me the deferent on the Ceramic bearings and other off the market bearings out there. I decided to go with the Kogel Bearings all around. I also had the fitting done by Cycling 101. Well it's worth the money doing what I did. I notice a big change on the bike and my riding. my wife and I were looking for a bicycle for our grandson‘s, We googled bike shops and this place showed up. our first and only stop what an amazing place no pressure in buying anything and he made the experience so easily to pick. They didn’t have any in stock at the time but he quickly got on the computer and found the perfect size bike. Great vibes, very clean and organized place. I needed to replace my brake system which i thought was broken, and I brought in a system which i had purchased to install at the shop. Roberto informed me that the system was actually for the front wheel. He then informed me that my brake system wasn't actually broken and adjusted them for me at a good price. The multiple times I been to this store Robert or Roberto has give us great customer services. Well knowledgeable about bike and helped me find events within the community. Brought my daughters bike to be build and within a day he had it ready. I also brought in my bike for repairs and tune up and when I received my bike I got it as if is was new. Great customer service. We need more shops and customer service like them. Thank you.
