Bike took 3 weeks for new chain, tires and cassette. First I was told the derailer was going to be replaced under warranty but they adjusted it. That's news to me. Communication could have been better regarding updates and nobody called me when the bike was finished. I'm going in there every week for any news. Will take my business to Trek store downtown after spending $5500 for 2 bikes at this store.

The previous other lead gentleman who worked there was a very helpful fix the bicycle that we took in that needed brakes replaced replace replaced. A inner tube showed My Son how to patch an inner tube. He was just really caring and you could tell that he enjoys the work that he does. I stopped by there the other day and he has moved to a different store, which was heartbreaking because I really enjoyed going there and having him do the work on our bicycles.

Edgar is a stellar dude and keeps all the bikes in the neighborhood rolling. Literally the epitome of customer service, creating community, and educating your customer base.

He used one of the on-the-trail repair strategies: stick a piece of rubber over the gash, and limp the ...

When I came in, I only mentioned front brakes scraping and the back derailleur needing adjustments. Dan was quick to fix my problems and even help me understand the tendencies of my shifters may have. They were patient and I admired their focus checking more than what I came for. I can't believe my bike was fixed in under 10 minutes and I left with an experience worth coming back to. 'Already starred this spot on my google maps. Thank you so much.
