Let me start by saying, they do great work. I have not a single bad thing to say about their quality of work. Also they are very reasonably priced for what the services they provided. Heres why it's not a 5 star review, it took 5 months to get my bike repaired. Part of that was getting things shipped from overseas and trying to get a hold of the bike manufacturer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!! If you want your E-bike taken apart and not worked with 0 update or info for over 4months THIS IS YOUR SPOT! Over all experience very unprofessional, made me feel like the biggest inconvenience ever, would definitely not go back. Came to this shop to change a tire on my ebike. Asked one of the gentlmen at the counter for a spare alan wrench so i could take off the rim. All was well until a different employee, an older white skinny gentlmen wearing glasses and a light brown jacket came over to “make sure i wasnt stealing”, clearly being rude to me for no reason. I had a guy (not at this shop) tighten my bike chain a few weeks ago. Since then, my bike started making squeaky noises.i went a bike shop on 12th, but they did not repair ebike and recommended this shop. The guy here fixed it quickly for free. Very cool guy. To show appreation, I paid him $10.

I was having trouble with flat tires on my Hiboy Max Pro scooter so I bought solid tires on the internet to replace my pneumatic tires so I can get around town without having to worry about flats. They were able to put on my new tires no problem and did it in a reasonable amount of time for how busy they are.
