WOW! Kinetic Cycles really impressed me with handling my RAD 3+ eBike. I tried to replace my own faulty controller and RAD sent a totally different part - but it still was the replacement part. Frustrated, I called Kinetic and spoke to Cody (who i later found out when picking up my ebike was the owner) and he got me scheduled for the next day and personally handle the repair! Which turned out to be the right answer to getting it fixed! The even more amazing was to reasonable price to fix it! ...

Been coming to this shop for over 9 years, for various things over the years (brand new build for a crit bike, bike servicing and installs, wheel repairs, etc) and for me, this is the best shop service around. Just had a pro tuneup done on my canyon aeroad and everything is perfect.

Kinetic Cycles is amazing! I purchased a Specialized Vado 4.0. Their customer service is excellent. Bruce and his staff are super helpful, knowledgeable, and nice. This is the second bike I purchased from them. We bought my wife a Specialized Como last year. They have a great selection of bikes and a wide variety of parts and accessories. I would highly recommend Kinetic Cycles to anyone!

Great Bike Shop. Service is Fast, friendly professional, and enthusiastic. It’s about an hour and a half from my house and I will certainly go back there for those reasons they did above.

I bought a Retrospec single speed and brought it here to align the brakes and make sure everything was working and safe. They completed the job quickly. Several days later, my lock mount started to fall off, so I brought my bike back and they found a sleeve to make the mount attachment snug and tight - for no charge. I appreciate the friendly service.
