My husband just bought a bike from here and I must say. Ryan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, he definitely made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. We will definitely be coming back!

Owner claims to be new owner and overpriced us for bike rentals. We were quoted $120 for two bike rentals. When we got back, we were charged $140 and he claimed it was because we used helmets and a lock. We were not told the correct price and overcharged. Bikes were very old and important condition. We’re in town for the weekend and discovered an issue with our valve. Bike shops are normally so busy so we were worried that our biking weekend would be ruined, so we came to the shop with low expectations. However, the nicest guy immediately helped us. He was able to swap out the problem and got us back to good shape immediately! Thank you! We so appreciative!

Minuses- The salesman was thinking the bill (+/- 350) would be a reason to just get a new bike. An equivalent new bike would run about $900. To me, this would be like going to a car repair shopped being told "You have a 10 year old car that is paid for and runs, but you should get a new car (and loan)." No, thank you. They were supposed t...
