a year ago Did not answer my chat -- had a whole day to reach out to them and I was interested in making a legitimate purchase.. sent an email but didn't hear back then I tried the phone number listed on their site and it connected me to some weird promotional offer scam that has nothing to do with scooters. My hunch is that this place lures people with great prices but may not be the sort of place you can trust.. if I'm wrong I will amend the review but right now buyer beware!!
