Great experience at this bike shop. The staff were really chill and easy to talk to. They knew the right bike size and setup for me without even needing to measure, which showed how experienced they are. They’re also awesome with maintenance they explained what my bike needed and made sure everything was set up perfectly. Good service, knowledgeable team, and solid repair work. Been coming here since 2008.

They have a great selection. They have Brompton, that was my main reason to visit. You can try the various Brompton Models. They gave me a great deal. They go above and beyond to be a great local bike shop. They also have Trek, and some other bikes. I saw a beautiful Breezer on clearance but I can’t buy any more bikes. This place is always packed as well, lots of customers bikes going in and out like crazy.

The folks at Pasadena Cyclery were extremely helpful and were willing to work with any budget or use-case concerns. They were very accommodating and helpful, answering any questions I had while also handling all the technical assembly and installation of my bike and its accessories!

The best experience of Bike Shop! They sold me the best bike ever! I love that it’s a smaller Bike Shop and they treat you like family instead of just a regular customer. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a caring experience.

Fantastic customer service and quality of work. I took my bike here to have the groupset swapped with parts I pulled off another bike. I spoke with Therese about what I wanted done beforehand, made an appointment, and got a quote. Ryan, the tech who did the work, did an excellent job, and did it in record time. 10/10 would recommend anyone who needs work done, or is looking for a new bike, to come to Pasadena Cyclery.
